We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Online Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our online customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email or live chat, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding products or services
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and improve processes
- Escalating complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies in order to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficient in using various online tools, including email and live chat platforms
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak seasons.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This is an on-site position located in Aalborg, Denmark. Applicants must have their own visa allowing them to work in Denmark.
