We are seeking a skilled and experienced Online Community Moderator to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and activity of our online community. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on our online community platform
- Engage with users in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience for all members
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the community
- Work closely with the community manager to develop and implement strategies for user engagement and retention
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an online community moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities, social media platforms, and user behavior
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
