Moderator for Online Community (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Moderator for our growing online community in Aalborg, Denmark. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and the potential for growth within our company.

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community's forums, chat rooms, and other interactive platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members while also promoting positive interactions and conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all community activities and respond promptly to any violations of rules or guidelines
- Engage with community members through comments, messages, and posts to build relationships and foster a sense of belonging
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for improving the community experience
- Create engaging content such as discussion topics, polls, and events to encourage member participation
- Keep track of user feedback and report any technical issues or concerns to the appropriate team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Flexible availability to monitor the community during evenings and weekends

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month for part-time work. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
