Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facades on various buildings in the city. Your main duties will include inspecting facade structures, identifying and fixing any issues, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working with facades and be familiar with different facade materials and techniques. You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A valid work visa is required for this position, and we are happy to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of facades on buildings in Aalborg
- Identify any structural or aesthetic issues
- Repair or replace damaged facade elements as needed
- Work with different materials such as glass, stone, metal, and wood
- Communicate with building owners or managers regarding any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to industry standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with facades
- Knowledge of different facade materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Valid work visa for Denmark (visa sponsorship available)
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks at heights

As a part-time employee, you will have a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work with other commitments. We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
