Facade Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with facade systems and materials, as well as a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of building facades to ensure they meet quality standards and safety requirements. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement effective facade solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of building facades to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet project requirements and adhere to local building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade systems and materials
- Oversee the installation of facade systems by contractors, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed
- Monitor the progress of facade construction to identify any issues or delays
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed facades to ensure they meet industry standards
- Stay up-to-date on new facade technologies, materials, and construction methods
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the design and construction process
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or questions related to facades

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with facade systems in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for non-local candidates.
