Job Title: Roofer - Entry Level

As an entry level roofer, you will assist experienced roofers in installing and repairing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential. We offer on-the-job training, competitive salary of 1000$, and accommodation for employees from all countries. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced roofers in setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
- Carry materials to the rooftop and help with installation or repair work
- Clean up debris and maintain a safe work environment
- Learn proper techniques for installing various roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal sheets
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced roofers
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Valid driver's license (not required but preferred)
