A well-established construction company in Aalborg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of construction work
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
