Architectural Technologist - Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the design and development of construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed technical drawings and documents for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of building structures
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements for accurate drawings
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards in all designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Biometric passport for international travel
