Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Aalborg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and constructing buildings and structures according to client specifications. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Work with architects to develop design concepts and create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs are structurally sound and meet building regulations
- Research materials and construction methods to determine the most cost-effective solutions for each project
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are built according to plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on experience)

This is a part-time position without accommodation. Own visa is required.
