Preservation Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historic buildings and structures while also ensuring that they meet modern functional and safety standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to identify areas in need of preservation and restoration.
- Develop plans and designs for preserving and restoring historic buildings, taking into consideration their historical significance, structural integrity, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that preservation plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing preservation projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Research historical information and materials to inform preservation decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture.
- Knowledge of historic building materials, construction techniques, and preservation methods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
