Architectural Designer
Location: Aalborg, Denmark
Our architectural design firm in Aalborg is seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, drawings, and models for residential and commercial projects. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or gain experience while studying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and design objectives
- Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software and hand-drawn sketches
- Develop 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements for accurate drawings
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work within project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
We offer competitive compensation of 1200$ per month based on experience. This is a part-time position without accommodation.
