Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional, aesthetically-pleasing structures and spaces. Your main focus will be on designing buildings, but you may also work on outdoor spaces, interiors, and renovations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and desires, as well as collaborating with engineers and other professionals to develop innovative designs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of clients
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings of structures
- Conduct site visits to assess potential project locations and gather information
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design or a related role
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and professionals from various backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Skills:
-Architectural license or working towards licensure preferred
-Knowledge of sustainable design practices
-Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
-Proven experience in developing innovative designs
-Skilled at creating presentations for client meetings

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Aalborg (accommodation may be provided if needed)
