Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for presentations
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct research on materials and construction techniques to incorporate into designs
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg, Denmark. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
