Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements and budget
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure the timely and accurate execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the original design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with contractors and engineers
