We are a rapidly growing commercial architecture firm looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Architect to join our team in Aalborg. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$. We are open to candidates without prior experience, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training and development opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ranging from office spaces to retail stores. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their needs and adhere to building codes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Discuss project requirements with clients and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical specifications
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans
- Keep up-to-date with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
