Contract Architecture Manager - Aalborg, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects from start to finish. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the architectural design process, including developing project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality designs are produced
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Review and approve all architectural designs before they are submitted for approval
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is being carried out according to specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries
- Knowledge of Danish building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Danish language

Salary: This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per week.

Location: This position is based in Aalborg, Denmark.
