Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee the design and construction of various architectural projects in the city of Aalborg. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for their architectural needs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience working as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working on sustainable or green building projects
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Aalborg
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects
