Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm in Aalborg is seeking a highly motivated and talented Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept development to project completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$, and we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design proposals, construction documents, and other project deliverables
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in an architectural management role preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location:
Our firm is located in the beautiful city of Aalborg in Denmark. However, we are open to considering candidates from other countries who require visa sponsorship.
