Senior Architect - Aalborg, Denmark


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects while leading a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the design and construction of various architectural projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project proposals and provide feedback to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Manage project contracts and maintain communication with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects from conception to completion
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract job. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. We are open to applicants from all nationalities as long as they have the necessary work visa for Denmark.
