Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Aalborg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Conduct site surveys and research to gather information for project planning
- Supervise the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Aalborg

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
