Entry-level Floral Designer

As an entry-level floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique arrangements for our customers. This is a full-time position in our flower shop located in Aalborg. We are seeking a talented and creative individual who is passionate about flowers and has a keen eye for design. Previous experience in floral design is preferred, but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Handle and care for flowers to ensure their freshness and longevity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general shop tasks such as inventory management, pricing, and customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong creativity and artistic skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Basic math skills for pricing arrangements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
Salary: $900 per month
