Head Chef


We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Aalborg. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing inventory and ordering, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You must have a passion for food, creativity in menu development, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that cater to a diverse clientele
- Manage inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety standards, and cleanliness
- Ensure all food is prepared to company standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Oversee the creation of daily specials based on seasonal ingredients
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Monitor food costs to maintain profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Creativity in menu development with knowledge of current culinary trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others

Education:
Certificate or degree from a culinary institute is preferred but not required. Experience will be taken into consideration.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week.

Location:
This position is located in Aalborg, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
