Executive Chef - Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Aalborg, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing the kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative and delicious menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Must hold valid work authorization for Denmark
