The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, developing menus, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring overall quality control.

Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory levels, and monitoring food costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Proven track record of creating outstanding dishes that exceed customer expectations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and plating presentations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Denmark (EU citizenship preferred)
