Seasonal Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period in our busy restaurant in Aalborg, Denmark. As a seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining the restaurant's overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during the busy seasonal period
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet company standards for quality and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to maintain adequate supplies
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing strategies

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of managing staff, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining profitability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Accommodation:

Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal job.

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in hospitality management is preferred.
