We are hiring a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team in Aalborg. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library materials, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and promoting library resources and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Knowledge of library systems and cataloging procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the library, including cataloging, shelving, and circulation of materials
- Assist patrons with locating resources, using databases, and answering reference questions
- Develop and implement programs to promote library resources and services to the community
- Maintain the physical organization of the library collection
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and resources in order to provide innovative services
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to plan events or projects
- Train volunteers or new staff members on library procedures
- Participate in collection development by recommending new materials for purchase
