Entry-level Barista


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Aalborg. As an entry-level Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink by following recipes and using proper techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including brewing stations and service areas
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and handle payments efficiently
- Suggest menu items or make recommendations based on customer preferences or special requests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in barista skills is a plus
- Passion for coffee and customer service; willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Strong work ethic; punctuality, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
and holidays if needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Aalborg

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month. We also offer opportunities for advancement within the company based on performance.
