Instrument Technician
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Aalborg. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. Your main duties will include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, calibrating instruments and ensuring their proper functioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience with instrumentation systems. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Accommodation and a biometric passport will be provided for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair various types of instruments and equipment
- Perform routine inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with instrumentation systems
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports on any repairs or replacements needed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in instrumentation technology
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role in an industrial setting
- Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical manuals
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to work with tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Aalborg
