Instrument Technician for Biometric Passport Production (Aalborg, Denmark)

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment used in the production of biometric passports. This includes troubleshooting any technical issues, conducting routine maintenance and calibration, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate operation
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues that may arise with the equipment
- Perform routine calibrations to maintain accuracy and reliability of instruments
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems
- Experience with biometric passport production equipment is a plus
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
