Construction Project Manager



Our construction company in Aalborg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Communicate regularly with clients on project updates, changes, and issues
- Manage project budget and expenses, including cost estimation and control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks or issues and take corrective action as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Ensure proper documentation of project procedures, progress reports, budgets, contracts, etc.
- Supervise and mentor team members including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, etc.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals

Salary: $1700 per month

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Aalborg.
