Part-Time Construction Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our building projects in Aalborg. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with previous construction management experience who is looking for a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Communicate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details and progress
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in Aalborg
