Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
