Part-Time Construction Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to join our growing team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage construction contracts and negotiate with vendors
- Oversee quality control measures
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Aalborg, Denmark. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.
