Part Time Construction Manager
City: Aalborg, Denmark


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects on a part-time basis in the city of Aalborg, Denmark. This position is suitable for men with a passion for construction and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Set project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver's license

Working Hours:
This position is part-time with flexible working hours. The average weekly workload will be 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Aalborg, Denmark. Candidates must be able to commute to various construction sites within the city.

Note:
Accommodation will not be provided for this position. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Aalborg.
