Construction Manager (Contract Position)



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Aalborg. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per week, suitable for men without previous experience or accommodation preferences.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of our construction projects. This includes overseeing the budget and timeline, as well as ensuring that all work is completed to high quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising on-site teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in construction management, with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. They should also have a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in project management software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create schedules and budgets for each project
- Monitor progress and ensure all work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate project updates to clients and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee on-site teams and provide guidance when needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and use project management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise on-site teams effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
