Job Title: Crane Operator


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Aalborg. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as tower, mobile, and overhead cranes, according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
- Inspect crane before use and perform maintenance checks as needed
- Lift and move heavy objects using crane controls while maintaining proper balance and stability
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe positioning of materials and equipment
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage to property
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including materials lifted and hours worked

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid crane operator license or certification from accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for crane operation
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret load charts for proper crane usage
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills for effectively working with team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
