Crane Operator

We are in immediate need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move and position heavy loads at construction sites, ports, and other industrial settings. You will also be responsible for inspecting the equipment and performing regular maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret load charts and blueprints to determine proper crane set up and rigging techniques for each job
- Communicate with ground personnel to safely maneuver loads
- Perform pre-operational checks on the equipment and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Conduct routine maintenance on the crane such as lubricating parts, replacing worn or damaged components, and performing minor repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and load charts
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
