Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have previous experience in an office setting. A biometric passport is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
