Office Assistant - Aalborg, Denmark (Contract)

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office in Aalborg. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing files and documents, and managing office supplies. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You should have a biometric passport as it may be required for certain tasks. Previous experience is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are preferred.
