Part-Time Office Assistant

We are hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, managing emails and documents, and assisting with daily tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked
- Assist with preparing documents and reports as needed
- Help with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Keep track of expenses and assist with budget management
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in college is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous office experience is not required but considered a plus
Salary: $1200 per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
