Office Assistant in Aalborg, Denmark
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We also provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Respond to emails and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Assist with data entry and filing tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
