Pastry Chef - Aalborg, Denmark

We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious desserts and pastries, as well as a strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new pastry recipes to add to our menu
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and drizzling
- Ensure high quality standards for all pastry items produced
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs or assistants
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate dessert offerings with main courses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creativity in developing new recipes and designs for pastries
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient production of desserts during busy periods
- Strong leadership skills to manage junior staff members effectively

Salary: 1000$ per month. This is negotiable based on experience.

Location: Aalborg, Denmark. This position is open to both Danish nationals and individuals with appropriate work permits.
