We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at our renowned bakery in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, cakes, and desserts for our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and customer orders
- Decorate pastries using various icing, toppings, and other creative techniques
- Ensure all pastries are presented in an attractive manner with attention to detail
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and equipment to ensure timely ordering and restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen at all times
- Train new pastry staff members on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a professional setting
- Culinary degree or certificate preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different types of pastries, baking techniques, and methods
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new pastry ideas while also following traditional recipes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts as well as weekends and holidays

Working Conditions:
Our bakery operates 7 days a week from early morning until late afternoon. As a Pastry Chef, you will be required to work 40 hours per week with early morning starts. This is a physically demanding job that requires standing for long periods of time and carrying heavy trays or equipment.
