Pastry Chef - Aalborg, Denmark
We are searching for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of Aalborg, Denmark. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts that will leave our customers wanting more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative dessert recipes that meet the restaurant's standards
- Prepare and present desserts in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Oversee the work of other pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Train new kitchen staff on pastry techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to create seasonal menus
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dessert recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality desserts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
