Contract Sales Manager - Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of Danish market trends and customer preferences
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage
