Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with commission based on performance. The position is suitable for men who are driven, result-oriented, and have strong leadership skills.
