Merchandiser Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser Coordinator to join our team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of merchandising for our company. This includes creating and implementing merchandising strategies, ensuring product availability, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you should have experience in retail or fashion industries, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Coordinate with vendors to place orders and track shipments
- Manage visual displays and ensure they align with brand standards
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and sales events
- Train and supervise merchandising staff
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or fashion industries
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
