Sales Manager - Biometric Solutions
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Aalborg. As a Sales Manager for our biometric solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the biometric solutions industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed (up to 50%)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
