As a dishwasher in our busy restaurant in Aalborg, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our kitchen. You will work alongside our kitchen team to ensure that dishes, utensils, and cookware are washed, sanitized, and stored properly. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial dishwashers
- Sort and stack clean dishes properly for storage
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and equipment
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or cutting fruits
- Dispose of waste according to sanitation guidelines
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when supplies are low

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
