Office Manager - Aalborg, Denmark
We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all office activities, including managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, and handling correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment, order necessary items when needed
- Maintain office budget and handle invoices and expenses
- Implement and maintain office procedures to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
- Handle employee inquiries and manage employee records
- Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
